The Main Features:

1. The Screw of Extruder adopts LTM (low temperature mixing) elements, the surface is nitride and plated with hard chromium, which make the screw durable and precision in extruding the raw material.
2. The Structure of Main Machinery adopts heat preservation cover for energy saving and environmental protection.
3. The unit adopt hard-tooth surface reducer and frequency conversion speed regulation, increase the noise and make extruding stable.
4. The Extruder Unit equipped with metering pump to ensure that the straps width uniform and no fluctuation.
