1.The entire machine is designed according to the Japanese SEKISUI equipment, with low energy consumption and high stability.
2. Equipped with high-speed screw, it can save electricity while increasing the extrusion capacity.
3.The heating oven adopts dual channel heating method, with fast heating speed and uniform heating. Each strap accepts consistent heat and will not be damaged due to high temperature.
4.The embossing roller is carved by grinding, with smooth surface and no damage to the straps at the edges.
5.This machine can produce 5mm(1g/m), 12mm(2g/m), 15mm(2.5g/m) automatic strapping.(Only this machine can be produced in China)
