1.The entire machine is designed according to the Japanese SEKISUI equipment, with low energy consumption and high stability.
2. One out of four mold use mirror surface, when use the same material, it can increase the glossiness by 50%.
3.The heating oven adopts dual channel heating method, with fast heating speed and uniform heating. Each strap accepts consistent heat and will not be damaged due to high temperature.
4.The embossing roller is carved by grinding, with smooth surface and no damage to the straps at the edges.
5.This machine can produce 5mm(1g/m), 12mm(2g/m), 15mm(2.5g/m) automatic strapping.(Only this machine can be produced in China)

1.How to install and use all the machine?
We will provide technical staff with fufill training experience for overseas installation and usage teaching.
