The cleaning line (KX-R Series) is mainly used for cleaning waste plastic such as waste water bottle, woven bags, ton bags, plastic films, plastic buckets, etc. V-shaped slag discharge device is adopted at the bottom of the machine. When we cleaning the machine, it is not necessary to change the water, only needs to open the valve at the bottom, and then the sediment and residue at the bottom can be discharged quickly. The top of the machine adopts the inner box structure, which is convenient for operation. According to different raw materials, a ring-shaped slag removal device can be configured to remove the floating water impurities such as straw, tree root and leaves in the materials.

Kexin has also designed a high-strength and high-speed friction cleaning machine for difficult to clean Plastics: KX-HR Series (as shown in the figure below), which is suitable for deep cleaning of waste plastics. It can drive the high-speed friction cleaning knife shaft to rotate at a high speed through the motor, so as to remove stubborn stains. It can cooperate with hot washer to achieve the purpose of plastic cleaning and recycling.

Details of Kexin Plastic Washing Machine (KX-R)

	V-shaped slag discharge device is adopted at the bottom of the machine. When cleaning the machine, it is not necessary to change the whole tank of water. Only opening the valve at the bottom can quickly remove the sediment and residue deposited at the bottom.
