Product Description

1: This production line is used to product the pp packing strap, adopt the PLC system control the whole line do the auotmatic production.

2: It uses the high precision metering pump and pressure sensor ensure the production stable and strap quality.

3: The hot oven is imported from Japan, through 360 drgrees of steady heating without dead angle, the strapping becomes soft. 

4: After actual testing, the entire unit consumes 26 KW of electricity per hour.

High Precision Metering Pump	Hot Oven
The high precision metering pump can control the dosage of each flow path to ensure the uniform size standard of the produced by the multiple lines.	It uses advanced equipment imported from Japan and it is expensive.Through 360 degrees of staedy heating without dead angle, the strap becomes soft and easy to stretch.

 

High speed five rollers stretching unit	Embossing machine
It composed of electric motor, reducer, synchronous belt, five rollers and rubber roller. The speed can reach 300 meters per minute . Equipped with PLC for precise control. Smooth transmission with synchronous belt and low noise.	The embossing machine roller is carred by grinding, the surface is smooth and  without damaging to the straps.  This greatly extends the service life of the entire production line.
