Product Description

This is our high precision Polypropylene Strapping Production Line. The machine adopting Japan's most advanced extrusion and heating technology, using high-speed extrusion screws and high-precision flow pumps, it can produce fully automatic 5mm PP straps. And the entire machine only consumes 26 kw of electricity per hour , which can minimize production costs.

The produced strapping can be used in fully automatic strapping machines of brands such as MOSCA, TRANSPAK, etc

High precision metering pump 

The core component of the production machine, dedicated to the extrusion of high temperature melt . The high precision metering pump ensures the uniform size standard of the packaging belt produced by the multiple lines.

Constant temperature stretching oven
The tensile characterization of PP strip was carried out by 360°circulating heating.It uses advanced equipment imported from Japan and it is expensive.There is a precise temperature controller to control the temperature of the oven, so that the stape is fully and evenly heated
 

High speed stretching unit
It composed of an electric motor,a reducer,a synchronous belt,five rollersand a rubber roller.
Here the steel roller is suddenly the same as before, but the speed is 12 times higher. Equipped with PLC for precise control. Smooth transmission with synchronous belt and low noise.
 

Embossing machine
Covering the mesh, the surface is smooth and  without damaging the synchronization belt.  This greatly extends the service life of the entire production line.  Equipped with tow molds, one is 5mm special mold and the other universal mold.
